GRG(Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum)玻璃纖維增強(qiáng)石膏制品
GRG是玻璃纖維增強(qiáng)石膏制品，它是一種經(jīng)礦物纖維預(yù)制增強(qiáng)的特殊改良石膏裝飾材料，造型的無局限可塑性使其成為個性化建筑室內(nèi)設(shè)計師的首選，它獨(dú)特的材料成型構(gòu)成方工足以抵御外部環(huán)境造成的破損、變形和開裂，達(dá)到最佳裝飾效果。
設(shè)計造形豐富任意采用預(yù)鑄式加工工藝的 GRG產(chǎn)品可以定制單曲面、雙曲面、多曲面的三維覆面各種幾何形狀、鏤空花紋、浮雕圖案等任意復(fù)雜的藝術(shù)造型，充分發(fā)揮設(shè)計師想象的空間。
強(qiáng)度高、質(zhì)量輕GRG產(chǎn)品的彎曲強(qiáng)度達(dá)到Mpa20-25（ASTMD790-2002測試方式）。
拉伸強(qiáng)度達(dá)到Mpa8-15（ASTMD256-2002測試方 式，且6-8mm厚的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)板重量僅為6-9kg/m2，能滿足大板塊吊頂分割需求的同時，減輕主體重量及構(gòu)件負(fù)荷。
不變形、不開裂出于主材石膏熱膨脹系數(shù)低、干濕收縮率小于0.01%，使GRG產(chǎn)品不受環(huán)境冷、熱、干、濕變形影響，性能穩(wěn)定不變形。獨(dú)特布纖加工工藝使產(chǎn)品不龜裂使用壽命長。
聲學(xué)反射性能GRG具有良好的聲波反射性能，經(jīng)同濟(jì)聲學(xué)研究所測試：30mm 單片重量48kg的GRG板，聲學(xué)反射系數(shù)R≥0.97，符合專業(yè)聲 學(xué)反射要求，適用于大劇院、音樂廳等聲學(xué)原聲廳。
它主要以壁薄、質(zhì)輕、強(qiáng)度高及不燃性（級防火材料），并可對室內(nèi)環(huán)境的濕度進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)，以其能達(dá)到舒適的生活環(huán)境。其高強(qiáng)度、高硬度和很好的柔韌性，能滿足最終被制成任意造型
防火、防潮、環(huán)保，防火性能阻燃性能達(dá)到級，按GB8624-2012《建筑材料及制品燃燒性能分級》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。環(huán)保性能放射性核素限量達(dá)到A 級，按GB6566-2010《建筑材料放射性核素限量》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。防潮性能GRG材料均為無機(jī)材料，不會發(fā)生霉變發(fā)黃現(xiàn)象。

Acoustic reflection Per formance GRG has good sound wave ref lect ion per formance, through the Tongji Institute of
Acoustics test: 30mm single piece weight 48kg GRG board, acoust ic ref lectance coef f icient r≥0.97, in line wi th the
professional acoustic reflection requirements, applicable to large theaters, concert halls and other acoustical acoustic
acoustic Hall.

performance-radionuclide limit reached a level, according to GB6566-2010 "Building materials radionuclide limit"
standard. Moisture-proof properties of GRG materials are inorganic materials, will not occur yellowing phenomenon.
