HPC(High Performance Concrete)高性能混凝土板
高性能混凝土板(High Performance Concrete,簡稱HPC)是一種新型高技術(shù)混凝土應(yīng)用。
是在大幅度提高普通混凝土性 能的基礎(chǔ)上采用現(xiàn)代混凝土技術(shù)制作的復(fù)合增強(qiáng)混凝土原料。它以耐久性作為設(shè)計(jì)的主要指標(biāo),針對不同用途要求,對下列性能重點(diǎn)予以保證:耐久性、操作性、適用性、強(qiáng)度、體積穩(wěn)定性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性。
特性
自密實(shí)性
高性能混凝土板的用水量較低,流動性好,抗離析性高,從而具有較優(yōu)異的填充性。
體積穩(wěn)定性
高性能混凝土板的體積穩(wěn)定性較高,表現(xiàn)為具有高彈性模量、低收縮與徐變、低溫度變形。普通混凝土板的彈性模量為20~25GPa,采用適宜的材料與配合比的高性能混凝土,其彈性模可達(dá)40~50GPa。采用高彈性模量、高強(qiáng)度的粗集料并降低混凝土中水泥漿體的含量,選用合理的配合比配制的高性能混凝土,90天齡期的干縮值低于0.04%。
強(qiáng)度
高性能混凝土薄板的抗壓強(qiáng)度已超過100MPa。28d平均強(qiáng)度介于100~120MPa的高性能混凝土,已在工程中應(yīng)用。高性能混凝土薄板抗拉強(qiáng)度與抗壓強(qiáng)度值比較高強(qiáng)混凝土有明顯增加。
水化熱
由于高性能混凝土板的水灰比較低,會較早的終止水化反應(yīng),因此,水化熱相應(yīng)的降低。
收縮和徐變
高性能混凝土板的總收縮量與其強(qiáng)度成反比,強(qiáng)度越高總收縮量越小。
耐久性
高性能混凝土板除通常的抗凍性、抗?jié)B性明顯高于普通混凝土之外,高性能混凝土的滲透率,明顯低于普通混凝土。高性能混凝土由于具有較高的密實(shí)性和抗?jié)B性,因此,其抗化學(xué)腐蝕性能顯著優(yōu)于普通強(qiáng)度混凝土。
耐火防火性
高性能混凝土板在高溫作用下,有極強(qiáng)耐火性能,目前國內(nèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測試都大于三小時,滿足消防逃生要求;高性能混凝土板為防火A級建筑材料。

ordinary concrete based on the use of modern concrete technology made of composite reinforced concrete
raw mater ials. I t takes durabi l i ty as the main index of design, and the fol lowing per formance emphases are
ensured for different application requirements: durability, operability, applicability, strength, volume
stability and economy.
Characteristics
Self-compacting
The high performance concrete thin plate has the advantages of low water consumption, good fluidity and high
segregation resistance.
Volume stability
The high per formance concrete thin plate has higher volume stabi l i ty, which is character ized by high elast ic
modulus, low shrinkage and creep, and low temperature deformation. The elastic modulus of the ordinary
concrete slab is 20~25gpa, and the elast ici ty modulus of the sui table mater ial and the mixture rat io can reach
the 40~50GPA. Using high modulus of elasticity, high-strength coarse aggregate and reducing the content of
cement slurry in concrete, the dry shrinkage value of 90-day age is less than 0.04%.
Strength
The compressive strength of high-performance concrete sheet has exceeded 100MPa. The 28d average strength
is 100~120mpa high performance concrete, which has been applied in engineering. The tensile strength and
compressive strength of high performance concrete thin slab are higher than that of high-strength concrete.
Hydration Heat
Because the water cement rat io of high per formance concrete thin plate is lower , the hydrat ion react ion wi l l
be terminated earlier, therefore, the hydration heat correspondingly reduces.
Shrinkage and creep
The total shrinkage of high performance concrete sheet is inversely proportional to its strength, and the
higher the strength, the smaller the total shrinkage.
Durability
In addition to the usual frost resistance and impermeability of high performance concrete sheet, the
permeability of high-performance concrete is obviously lower than that of ordinary concrete. High
per formance concrete is super ior to ordinary st rength concrete because of its high compactness and
impermeability.
Fire resistance
High-performance concrete sheet under the high temperature action, has the extremely strong fire resistance
per formance, at present the domest ic standard test is more than three hours, sat isf ies the fi re escape request ;
High performance concrete sheet is fireproof A1 grade building material.
